Returns and Exchanges

At Luxiqen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our 30-day returns and exchanges policy below.

Returns
We accept returns on new, unused, and non-personalized items within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Personalized or custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our best to assist you.

Important Note: The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

If your item has not arrived within 90 days of your order dispatch confirmation email, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds:
  • Check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  • If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please email us at help@luxiqen.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. To process an exchange, we may request a photo of the defective or damaged item.

If your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us at help@luxiqen.com to begin the process.

Warranty
We offer a free 14-day warranty from the delivery date for the following issues:
  • Manufacturing defects, such as a broken chain or faulty clasp.
  • Errors or missing items in your order.
If your item falls under this warranty, please contact us at help@luxiqen.com for assistance.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellations or modifications within 4 hours of the purchase. Please note that a $5.00 transaction fee applies for cancellations.
